Returns Policy

If your item is faulty or damaged, please contact info@toomi.com.au

 

For all other returns, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your items to request a return or exchange and send your item back to us.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase or an order number attached.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

To return your item:

  1. Email us at info@toomi.com.au with your order number and/or copy of your receipt and let us know if you would like to return or exchange your item.
  2. Post your item to Toomi Designs, PO BOX 1059 Carindale, QLD AUSTRALIA 4153. The cost of postage is at your own expense.
  3. Once your return is received we will assess the item and process the refund or exchange within 10 days of receiving the item.
